Teva Eco Statement

Teva is partners with the Waterkeeper Alliance.

Waterkeeper Alliance is a global network of 182 member programs dedicated to cleaning up rivers, lakes and coasts through grassroots advocacy and legal action. Waterkeeper programs patrol and protect more than 67,000 miles of rivers, streams and coastlines, and represent the interests of more than 200,000 members.

In 2008, as part of the launch of the "Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk" 3D IMAX® film, Teva® and Waterkeeper Alliance launched a national cleanup tour of local waterways in 10 regions across the United States. In 2009, we will continue our support in partnership with local Waterkeeper programs around the world.

Conservation

Teva® is a longstanding member of the Conservation Alliance, a group of outdoor businesses whose collective contributions support grassroots campaigns to protect threatened wild places for their habitat and recreation values. The Conservation Alliance launched ConservationNEXT in August, 2008 to connect individuals in the outdoor industry with the work of organizations that receive financial support from the Alliance. ConservationNEXT.com provides people with opportunities to take online action in support of conservation at www.conservationnext.com, and on-the-ground action through a series of regional volunteer event.

Outdoor Alliance

The Outdoor Foundation is an inclusive organization made up of, and supported by, broad-based coalitions and partnerships that share the common interest of promoting healthy outdoor lifestyles.

Teva® and the Outdoor Foundation are working together to create programs to help get youth active outside. By supporting programs like the "I Will" campaign and consistently working together to come up with new and innovative ideas, we will help the next generation make healthy and meaningful outdoor pursuits a part of their lives.
